Upgrade problem

When i run the upgrade script, i got these error

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO datastore (title) VALUES ('gallery_ugroups')
mysql error: Duplicate entry 'gallery_ugroups' for key 1

Did you refresh the page or anything? What version is it showing in your footer now?
