[bug][rc4] cat count
cat count on gallery index shouldn't count cats set to have no images.

if it's set it to have no images/allow no images then it's not really a cat, it's like turning forums into categories. if their a cat then they're surely not a forum, where as if they're a forum with subforum, they are indeed that.
