An error occurred while attempting to create a folder for your files.

I cant figure out why this wouldnt work

my php settings say that safe mode is disabled, and the files folder is set to 777, all the paths look right

GOT IT

there needs to be a trailing slash in the path statement

ex. /home/www/gallery/

the example directions just list it as "/home/www/gallery"

might be worth to update the manual for future releases.

No, there should not be a trailing slash. It should also be pointing to /gallery/files, not /gallery.

my post was incorrect, the path is is /home2/clubkid/public_html/gallery/files/ but the trailing slash needs to be there (at least on my host) or else it didnt work.

I also needed the trailing slash.

This had been driving me mad cause there was no reason for it not to work..
