Can't upload images to gallery..!

Hi -
I've installed the vB Gallery - everything seemed to be fine but when I try to upload any images it says there's a problem...
a similar thing happens with my vB Links.. except there is no error message... the links just don't get listed...

...any ideas???

What do you have set for your 'Files URL' and 'Files Path' options?
Try saving your options to be sure that the cache is updated, make sure your /gallery/files folder is chmod 777, and then try again.
