New install, blank screen when I open the gallery?

I did a scan of this forum and can't find my problem listed, so here goes.

I did a brand new install, uploaded the files, set permissions, but when I go to my /gallery folder I get a blank page.

I'm pretty sure my permissions are set properly.

Any ideas?

check the path in the config

The path in the gallery config file? I tried:

./
/forum
forum

None of them worked.

That's for the CMPS, but the same script in that post can be used to find your forum path.

I had this same problem, just upload the file and cut and paste it into your gallery_config.php and everything looks beautiful.

my advice is to just use the file and do not reply on the scripts. that was driving me batty.
