I've tried to upgrade to RC4

but I keep getting this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: construct_replacement_array() in /home/blaney/public_html/gallery/gallery_global.php on line 91

Please help

Did you make all the required PHP changes for the upgrade? (involves "un-doing" a lot of the changes that the earlier versions required)

Sounds like you didn't upload the files in your forum/includes directory.
