"Have choose a cat" error :-(

I have just installed VBA Galler RC4 on my site http://www.p2pforum.it/gallery/
I have upgraded from prevous RC3.
Everytime I try to upload an Image I got this message
"You must choose a category for your image."
The problem is I'm sure to select a category. If I try to upload from 'Quick Uplod' it works.
Can you help me please?

Did you make any changes to the upload template in RC3? If so, you'll need to manually revert it.

No change to upload template. I have only changed adv_gallery_footer , added a google adsense banner

No clue how that would be happening if you didn't modify the template or any of the files. If you'd like to submit a support ticket though I'll be glad to take a look.

I have found the problem.
The error was due to an empty category created in my list. When I've put a forum in the empty category and now all work well
