Moving Gallery to new server!

I have a problem and i need some assistance.

I have a modified gallery that i have been developing at http://dev.sportsrant.com/testgallery and it works like a charm!

I am attempting to move the gallery to my live site located at http://www.sportsrant.com/testgallery and everything works.

I downloaded the file structure for the gallery and reuploaded it to my real site, including the images in testgallery/users/1/8/7

I also went into phpmyadmin and made a backup of all the gallery tables and data and then restored the database and everything took!

When i go into the gallery admin and resize the thumbnails, it works, but when i resize the full images, i get this error (this is an example, i am getting it on every image)

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

i have checked and rechecked the path tons of time to see if i missed something and it is correct.

can someone see what i am doing wrong?

TIA

Mike

Re: Moving Gallery to new server!

Did you set permissions on the files directory, and everything under it, to 777?

Re: Moving Gallery to new server!

that is what i dont understand

the /files need to be chmod to 777 but all the images are moved over to the /users, in this case users/1/8/7/ folder. that is where it is trying to resize the images from

are there any step by step procedures for moving servers for the gallery

TIA

Re: Moving Gallery to new server!

The /users path should only be used for the FTP upload process shouldn't it? Are you sure you didn't put the wrong path in the wrong field?

Re: Moving Gallery to new server!

That error generally means that there is no file located at the path specified. If you're sure the paths are correct then I'm not really sure why you would be having a problem. If you'd like to submit a support ticket though I'll be glad to take a look.
