How long does it take for someone to look at a support ticket?

Generally tickets are looked into and responded to within 24 hours, however we did have some downtime today due to a host issue.

would you be able to take a look at my ticket? I turned off the permissions to my ftp server, so I wanted to know when I should turn it back on.
