FTP upload

The option to upload using the FTP server has resulted in this error message when upgrading form RC3 to RC4. I noticed some things were changed around, but could not figure out why I am getting this error message now when trying to use the FTP upload option on the "upload.php" page.

I am sure this is somewhere, but searching this site has become a long process and I give up after 30 minutes.

Fiber, please wait at least 24 hours before bumping a thread.

In regards to the problem, there are some permissions issues with RC4 that people are reporting and this may be one of them. If Brian doesn't see this thread in the morning when he connects I'll ask him to check it out.

IIRC, this was a bug that was found early on and corrected in the files here. Please download the package from here again, upload the gallery/upload.php file over your existing one, and see if that helps.
