First, I would like to extend my apologize to Brian, and thank him for steering me in the right direction to solving the quick reply problem.
As it turns out, I had installed a hack that places a reminder to guests on every forum page, instead of just the forum homepage. I had to of course edit the header. I had errantly placed the hacked header code in the wrong place.
Of course, members will not see the reminder to register, and because of misplacing the code in the header, it caused the quick reply, when using the wysiwyg editor as your default editor, not to work.
Again I apologize for erroneously posting a problem that was not caused by the gallery program, but rather my own hacking mistake.
