Set one usergroup perm, cant go to next group perm

If you set one usergroups permissions for the gallery (select from drop down & in my case set all to no, and save), the page saves and refreshest to the drop down for user group permissions. However, you can't use the drop down to select the next group and have it go to that group's permissions. Instead, it will go to the category permissions.

Are you by chance using a Mac? If so, then this is a known browser issue that only occurs with Safarri (I believe... May be a different browser though).
