Upload Error

I get this error when trying to upload files usingvBulletin Gallery RC4.

An error occurred while attempting to create a folder for your files. If the problem persists, please notify the webmaster

Please assist.

What do you have your 'Files Path' option set to in your main vBa Gallery options? Did you chmod your gallery/files folder to 777 when you installed the script?

My "files path" is: /mysite.com/gallery/upload

Yes, I did the chmod thing. You're referring to read/write capability correct? With my host, chmod settings are cahnged by merely checking via a box. I did that.

Would you mind submitting a support ticket so I can have a look then?

I just set the directory to full permissions - only had read/write permissions.

But still not functioning.
