Upload SWF files - not working I'm trying to upload SWF files both 1 at a time and bulk upload via the filesystem. I have .swf defined as a filetype for gallery, I have the max size set to 20MB (20971520). But when I hit submit for the bulk upload, it just goes to a blank white page for <sitename>/gallery/upload.php. Uploading everything else works fine. When I upload a single file (like within the category), I'm told that it's a wrong file type. However I'm also noticing that the filename is being "condensed". For example, the file I'm uploading is named "Movies - Blah Blah Blah.swf" but in the error message, I'm told that "MoviesBlahBlahBlah" is an invalid filetype. Weird thing is, I've uploaded mpegs w/ spaces in the name. Go figure. I did a search and I saw Kevin had issues on RC2 and I wasn't sure if those changes made it into RC3. Things like the swf vs swc internals. Also, I don't have an image size specified for SWF files. Do I need to specify that because that will suck since I don't have that info for each file and I don't want to genericly state 1024x768 for every SWF category. thanks |
Re: Upload SWF files - not working AuroraMike, I'm not sure if Brian took care of the swf/swc thing because my primary site is using modified code so we'll need him to give input. But in the meantime if you want I can take a look; either submit a support ticket or shoot me me off a PM with a link to the SWF that I can download and I'll see if I have any problems with it on one of my sites running the standard code.
