Cannot reply or post in Gallery. help.

I just noticed both me and members cannot reply to an image posted in the quick reply or even with the normal reply button.
I checked all permissions and they all correct and allow posting.
What could be wrong, any help is appreciated.

Check to make sure the posts aren't in the Gallery Moderation queue.

Also, are you using the hack to allow the users to choose between the standard and legacy postbits?

Yeah all posts were waiting in the queue for moderation.. dough!!
no I dont have that hack.
How do I remove the posts moderation?

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Usergroup Permissions => {select usergroup} => Moderate this group's posts
