Default Sort By Image Title

I changed the control panel to Sort by Image Title...

However when I go the page, the images are still shown in image creation order... It does change the sort option in the menu, but does not actually chnage the images sorted...

Any ideas, am I missing something basic?

Just checked your site and it seems to be sorting them by their title...
