Did a import from PP for 2nd time

I did notice that aload of iamges and comments apeared up UNREGISTERED when first inported,

Did a Upadate Counters afterwards and everything was sorted

I have also added phlogiston fix inthe same post

It looks like PP adds ALL images regardless of Category uploaded to, into the users Galley. Where as VB Galley Doesn't. Can this be fixed ?? that way users galleries remain correct, as in number of iamges posted

I wasn't aware that PP worked like that... Either way, that's not the way vBa Gallery works as it is only going to show the images uploaded to that category for that user, so there's nothing here to fix.

Yeah, I kinda prefer it the way Gallery does it too. If the image isn't in the user's member gallery, I don't want it added to the total there.

So PP does work that way? I wasn't aware of that. Still doesn't sound very logical though and we definitely won't be changing the way vBa Gallery works.

On PP, each member's gallery consists of every image they've uploaded, in any category.

I believe someone was asking about how to create a category like that before and we may add an option for something like that in a future version, but certainly won't be changing the members' category option to work like that. Doing that would also defeat the purpose of being able to have more than one category set as a members' category.

But I noticed that, as you mentioned there, it will not be very hard to do a mod. To code the PP version of "Member's Categories" will be as hard as to do a page listing usernames (who have ever posted an image) sorted by last image post (or another criteria), and having the username linking to the same 'View all of X's images' (browseimages.php?do=member&imageuser=#), which you already have working perfectly.

It's been a while (>1 year) since I wrote some php code (I'm getting rusty), but when I have the time, I'll try to do it. Hopefully, someone in an urgent need of this mod will do it before me... (and share with all of us... )

This functionality addition would be my number one need/request right now.
Right now I am using a memberlist.php ( here ) to at least somewhat achive it but I would love something more seperate and compact.
