RC3 doesnt have upgrade instructions

I downloaded RC3 just now and read the readme html file. However, it only has instructions to upgrade from RC1 to RC2 but doesnt say how to go from RC2 to RC3???

Read it again. It says Upgrade from RC1 OR RC2.
