Gallery_Global.php error (Line 202)

I recieved a report about an error in the Gallery today. I don't seem to see it so it might be permissions related but I am unsure where to fix it.

Either you did not apply your file edits right, or you didnt run the installer / upgrade script.

Both errors relate to the same line in gallery_global.php. What's line 202 in your file?
Are you running Gallery on windows?

Yes our server is on Windows... The error only appears for none moderator/admins. It seems to be more permissions related?

I have no problems doing things in the Gallery...

If admins and mods don't see the error then it's most likely something permissions related. Now, question is "what"?
Did you upgrade to RC3? Maybe Zach got a point.

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Edit Categories

Pick a category there, add a moderator, remove that moderator, and see if that solves the problem.

Adding a moderator solves the problem, but removing the mod makes it come back again.
