If there's an & in the filename it breaks the rebuilder

When I go into Maintenance and rebuild the thumbnails it works fine until it runs into a file with the '&' in the file name, then it just stops.

I tried removing these files with FTP first, but that didn't work, still stalled.

Then I searched the gallery, found the entry (red x for pic now) deleted the entry and reran the rebuilder. It worked fine until it hit another file with the '&'. Dug that one out and deleted it too and reran. Then the rebuilder ran all the way to the end.

One request: give us a checkbox to 'include child categories' in the rebuilder. I'd take them a chunk at a time, but I'm not going to go thru 96 categories and do them individually.
