create blank index.html in every folder

Firstly, a blank index.html isn't being created when the gallery creates a folder. I don't want people seeing the direcotyr listing for folders, as it is a security issue (for images they can't see via login).

Brain, can you please add this feature to RC3, and also make a 'rebuild feature' in admin to create one for every folder already created from RC2 and before....

okay, i may be wrong, it does look like it's created a blank index.html file for newer folders now...

But how hard is it to re-create that blank index.html for every folder in 'files' ? if you could put that in the admin 'maintenance' that would be good, just so it's fixed for everyone who's running the gallery prior to RC2 (when it might have been fixed.)
