No smilies after upgrading vB to 3.06

After upgrading there are no smilies available in the edit/reply window. The smilies point to a wrong path. Where can I correct this ?

Upload your gallery install file to your admincp directory, go to it in your browser, and select the option to update your image paths from the first page.
