| removing permissions from catagory...
I have several sub catagories in a catagory.
I create a new one, but it's private so I uncheck all the options.
Now this new one is the first is a sequence of them.
Members are no longer able to see ANY of the catagories.
Change the permissions on the one and users can see all again.
If I reorder these subcatagory so that the newly created one is last instead of first it works normally again.
