Secondary usergroup upload permissions

Brian,

I recently found that a TON of images and posts were in the moderation queue which confused me because all my primary usergroups are not moderated. While investigating, I found that if I turned off moderation for the secondary usergroups each member was a part of, then it worked correctly.

It would appear that primary usergroups are not overriding the permissions of secondary usergroups correctly.

I had that same problem and had go through all permissions to have it right.
