Jpg's converted to .bmp after upload?

Hi,
Decided to try ImageMagick after initially using GD (my server has both) to see if there was any difference. Images are now being displayed as .bmp, not .jpg, even the fullsized versions. This can be seen when you right-click and 'save as' on the image.
Switching back to GD has not fixed the problem. Did I break something? What can I do to fix this. In one full sized picture the diff between the .bmp and .jpg is almost 3mb!

Thanks,
Chas.

Chas, you're using Internet Explorer right?

In IE choose Tools --> Internet Options --> {Temporary Internet Files} Delete Files. Re-load the page when it's done by hitting CTRL-F5. Your

IE cache is full and that's what happens when it is.

Yes, that was it. Thank you! But it's funny how some of the older uploads were imune to this (possibly because they were already in the cache?).
Ok, now I'm going to try your 'image on homepage' hack.

Thanks,
Chas.

No problem. And your surmise is correct... the ones that were working were in your local machines cache as a JPG (or whatever) so they were correct but once the IE cached filled up any future 'right-mouse-save-as' files were trying to be stored as a BMP. It's a very weird IE issue that crops up sometimes with strange results.

If you have any problems with the hack, just let me know in that thread and I'll see what I can do.
