One last one...

I have one last question...for some reason, if someone uploads an image. Then you go and view it, the filesize is smaller than what the physical size is on the server. Any idea why this is? I can rebuild the images and then it'll be fine, but why does this happen? Also with this, I noticed another thread out there that it only rebuild the number of images that you have in the drop box? Is this true? I would need it to rebuild all the images to make sure. How do I fix that?

Have you removed the image already? I just took a look, but all seemed to have the correct file size.

Re: One last one...

sometimes the watermark doesn't show up on a newly uploaded picture either...actually the watermark doesn't appear on the thumbnail until I rebuild thumbnails

but I don't seem to be having the imagesize problem -- idk what that was all about -- but I'd like to not have to rebuild images constantly if possible

Re: One last one...

It doesn't watermark the thumbnails when the image is first uploaded. When you rebuild thumbnails though you're using the image that's watermarked, so it's going to have that in the thumbnail too afterwards.
