Watermark images only first of multi

Im not certain if this is just isolated to just my board however when a user uploads images to the site (lets say 3 or 4 at a time) only the first image uploaded is being watermarked.

Running RC2 of course/

Are the images being uploaded smaller than your watermark image?

LOL!! =) I'm sure there's not much space left! At this dev stage there's always a lot of bogus reports! I know I made a few of them also =)
