Logged in to vb but not gallery?

Cookie path is set to "/"

I have not nailed this down. I notice that every once in a while, the gallery wants me to login even though I am already logged in to vb. When I inspect my cookies all are in place.

Not a big deal. Just mentioning it in case someone has notion...

Try changing that to .yourdomain.com (note the two dots), manually clear all cookies, and see if that makes a difference.

Think I got a clue: it's when you log in to the admin panel but not the site. vb also logs you into the site, but gallery doesn't recognize it.

Don't want to try your suggestion yet: potential to break photopost and other non-vb components of the site. Will look again when gallery goes live.

Definitely not an issue for our customers, that is what matters.

As far as I know that *shouldn't* have an effect on any other programs, and of course you can change it back right afterwards. Either way, just let me know if it still gives you problems after you try changing it.
