Error when uploading

I created a category where members could create their own subcategories. When I try to upload an image with a test account, I get:

move_uploaded_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/media/files/1/3/6/0/2/implants.jpg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/lws/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/lws/public_html/forums/gallery/upload.php on line 204

Any ideas?

Thanks to Brian for his help fixing this. It was due to a security component I had installed.
