some posts/images needs validation

for some reason; Moderators and admins posts/images need validation although set so they can post replies

what am I doing wrong?

Hani,

You'll want to go ACP --> vBa Gallery --> Usergroup Permissions --> {choose Administrator or Moderators} and then turn off (set to "No") the options of "Moderate this group's images" and "Moderate this group's posts" to avoid their own uploads & posts from needing validation.

And if you have any secondary groups for your members, be sure the gallery permissions from those groups aren't interfering.
