[rc2] Thumbnail problems still occuring

Upgrade went smoothly (although 2 suggestions for the instructions if I may?
1 - add vbagallery_install.php to the files to upload list (this was deleted after previous install)
2 - you have "go to your forum/admincp/gallery/vbagallery_install.php file in your browser" Shouldnt this be forum/admincp/vbagallery_install.php ?

OK, on to my problem - the upgrade went thru, no errors (yay!)
but I still have a thumbnail issue with gifs (havent tried other file formats yet, running late for work, should have waited till tonight, but I was excited LOL) Anyway, the path is pointing to /forum/gallery/index.php/images/file_gif.gif - does that index.php belong in there? and is this something I can fix?
here's a LINK to my gallery one is animated on isnt, both have bad red x's

THANK YOU Brian!!!

1). The vbagallery_install.php is the first file listed in that section...
2). I'm not seeing anywhere that it says to go to forum/admincp/gallery...

For the thumbnails, please make sure that your 'Gallery URL' option is set to http://yoursite.com/gallery and does not have index.php at the end.

Brian, I was referring to the instructions on the announcement - it's not listed there. I didn't check the ones in the zip in my haste to play with the new RC

At the very end of your instructions - again, on the announcement page, not the actual instructions - sorry I wasn't clear!!

WOOOHOOO That did it!! I assume we can replace your included file_gif.gif with anythign we want, as long as the size is the same? And this is for bmp's as well, correct?

I've said it before, but THANK YOU!!
