broken images/thumbnails

I think I did all well, stats show I have this much images etc, but images/thumbs pathes are strange and not existing

where did I go wrong?

What do you have your 'Files URL' and 'Files Path' options set to?

I changed it to the files path, but still it is trying to write to subfolder 1/9/file name or something, and gives error that it does not exist, although /files is set to 777

Would you mind submitting a support ticket so I can just have a look myself?
