[RC] Install Instructions Incorrect

the find & add for /forum/modcp/index.php is incorrect;

The code to add should be (I believe):

Content visible to verified customers only.

In the original I downloaded the links are wrong, going to gallery.php rather than vba_gallery.php
and the pharse name 'vbadvanced_gallery' should be 'vba_gallery'

Also a similar problem, in the admincp the first option under the vba gallery section was blank after a clean install.
I notice the change to admincp/index.php has the phrase 'modify_settings' but looking through the install file the phrase is added as 'edit_settings'

Thank you for pointing that out. Not sure how those got overlooked, but I've updated both files with the correct info.
