Show 'already rated' message?

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to figure out a way to show a message to users that let's them know if they have already rated an image instead of telling them after they try to rate it.

Here's what I'm trying to do:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Any ideas for how I could make this work? my 'already_rated' variable doesn't exist.

You can not without defining that variable in some manner which means you create some type of mod to make it active which means adding some query in showimage to check to see if there is a rating by someone and define that variable is true.

That variable is only a defined variable after someone tries to rate the image otherwise that variable is false.

what I am saying is you would have to make up whatever bits of code to make things works the way you want it to.

Just like vbulletin we do not assist with or support code alternation.

The show permission is always false in showimage.php Therefore to make it true you would need to do some query to check if that specific user viewing has rated and set it true.
