Photos showing up far to the right

We just upgraded from phpbb to VB4 and the strangest thing is happening to our layouts. I am a noob, so I apologize if this has already been addressed and I didnt find it in my search.

This photo loads normally:

this photo I have to scroll to the right to find it:

I am lost as to where to look to fix this. Thanks in advance!

Looks to me like you did not run all your required upgrades as your next previous images have no stopping point. Your missing a setting

Try uploading the install directory and run upgrade.php and run the upgrades from 8.0 forward.
