Uploaded Photos Not Appearing

I have tried to upload photos from my computer into PhotoPost Gallery V4.0 but only the file name of the photo shows up within a thick border where the image should be. Any idea why this is occurring?

There is no photopost gallery version 4 so assuming we are talking vbgallery 3.01 and I would need a url to see your site and comment on any error I see.

Yes, it is VBGallery 3.01 I am running.

How can I send you the URL without others seeing it?

If you do not want to provide support information on the forums you can send it via email to the contact us link in the site header.

I have sent you an email with the URL link. I have also noticed that there is a link to the photo showing up in the Forum section just below my forum logo...not sure why that is showing up there. It is hard to see the link, but it is there.

I sent another email to you with the FTP file information that I think you were looking for. It is in an attached pdf file.
Let me know if you need anything else to be able to solve this mystery.
Thanks.

Not a problem was going to email you as I had not heard a reply back from you. Did you find anything from the host about server changes and permissions? I know I sent you that asking because your gallery has been setup for awhile and use to have content now it looks like you started over and your server paths had changed on the server as well.

Chuck,

I updated all of the permissions to allow for them to be "executable". Other than that, no server changes or permissions changes that I am aware of.

I actually hadn't used the Gallery up until this point as I was still working on other areas of the forum. Regardless, something funky has occurred since upgrading to VB4.11.1. I am hoping that the pdf file of the screen shots can give you some clues. You already have access to my site, so I am hopeful that you can figure this out.

Thanks.

Well your paths on your server did change slightly. I did email you that.

What I am saying about your gallery is I do believe we have assisted you months before when you where having other issues and I know the gallery was operational then which is why I had asked specifically after seeing the server path change and a clean gallery why I said asking your host about permissions might want to be an option since this is what the issue is. Basically no files is being uploaded and the users directories do not exist so now that I have ftp info I will take a look and see if I see anything.

Outstanding support from Chuck. The problem is now fixed as it was a path and URL issue which Chuck remedied for me.

Thanks for the great customer service!
