Header Block Everywhere?

I tried posting this in the request forum, but that forum seems to be ignored lately.

I'm wondering if there's a way to get the HeaderBlock on the FORUMHOME page under the logo to show up on all pages of my site.

I know it may have been silly of me, but I tried changing the plugin from executing at forumhome_complete to global_complete, but that didn't work. Probably stupid of me to even try that.

Anyway, is there an easy way of getting this block to show up on all pages?
