| Gallery Link
I do not know if I can ask this here or not?
However, on the navigation bar when I click on the link to the gallery it takes me back to the forum?
Is this a question for vb.org ?
It is just its not going back to the gallery home page it goes to the forum home page?
But I dunno.
Mick

Are you using a link you made? Reason I ask is under layout in your vbgallery settings you can enable our gallery tab and it will take you to the gallery.
You can place a url here for us to comment but I would suspect your talking about a link you did not the coding in our program.

Your dealing with a link you made not our gallery navtab right
My suggestion would be is to remove your broken tab and use the option in our software to add the gallery navtab

I not do not think you understand what I have said. This dvd covers link your placing you have made right so we are we not talking our product here right. You would have to correct your link that you are doing. Our program under the vbgallery setting layout options you can enable a gallery navtab in the navbar and that will link to your gallery and all proper submenus are shown as they should in vb.

Maybe there is some crossed wires.
Your navtab is enabled.
I just changed the phrase so it would say DVD COVERS

Basically when I hover over the link on the submenu (gallery) (navbit) it shows this.
h ttp://covers .digitalworldz.co.uk/forums.html
I cannot explain why it has forums.html on the link ?
This is the URL of the forums:
h ttp://www .digitalworldz.co.uk/forums.html

your site does not show the submenus when using vivid style. I tried using dw dark and submenus show.
anyway it does not appear our application is adding forums.html to the url so I would suspect this is something with your custom style or a mod you have installed.
first try turning off all mods except ours and normal vb ones like cms or blog
if the issue is resolved doing that then you need to go through and find the hack
also check things using the normal vb default style and if things work with that then it may be something with your custom style.

Cheers for your time Chuck its very kind of you to look at my problem.
I fixed the menu's
But I think that VBSEO might be doing this ???
The only custom rewrite I use is:
'^forum\.php$' => 'forums.html'
I know this is not a vbgallery problem.
One quick question, is there anywhere that I can manually insert the (hard code) link in a template?
thanks for your time.
Kind Regards
Mick

Our navbar tab must be used so that all submenu's are shown etc. I would suggest you get vbseo to give you a fix to there code's issue.
A way to test if this is vbseo causing your issue is to turn off vbseo and then test.

Made a support ticket at vbseo.
Thanks very much chuck for the help.
Just out of interest while I am waiting to get this sorted... which template is used to build the navbits.
Gallery -> Gallery category -> picture
Regards
Mick

@chuck
Maybe the 15 posts before posting links is a little high, I am all for spam prevention believe me.

Yep vbseo forcing forums.html onto the front of the url guess it was freaking out since it was somewhere it did not know where it was.
