Display Sidebar The sidebar doesn't display on the main gallery page. How can I enable it? |
Not sure what you mean there which sidebar are you referring to? |
I'm wanting there to be a sidebar in my photo gallery pages like there are in my main vbulletin forum pages (the grey box to the left) |
Your referring to the forum sidebar sorry that does not show on the gallery that is your forum sidebar |
Ok. Can you help me straighten up the sidebar (grey box to the left) that shows up on my "showimage.php" pages? It floats to the left, but is pushed to the bottom. |
You have a url? s41374ca123753 12 - PhotoPost vBGallery This is how the only sidebar we have shows like above. |
When I tried posting a URL earlier, it said my account was restricted since I've only posted a few times. Let me try it this way (broken up): printcandee. com/gallery/showimage.php?i=5&catid=2 Here is what I want it to look like (the sidebar to the left here): reeftalk. com/forums/member.php/1-Chuck-S? |
I understand you want things to look different but that would require you to extensively modify the templating. We as a company support the code as it is written. There is no way to move the sidebar. It looks to me like you have already tried altering the code to some degree since your sidebar is not being shown in the place it was designed to. |
If I can't display a sidebar on my home gallery page, how did this guy do it? Aegypten-Bilder.de - 2.000 Ägypten Bilder I'd really like to know how to do this. |
|
You are not using Photopost Pro are you? I beleive if I am not mistaken by this thread you have elected to use vbGallery. |
I'm using vbgallery |
Does vbgallery not have a sidebar? |
Not an index sidebar no. There is a little photo sidebar on the showimage script but thats it. |
How do I make it show up? |
I beleive in your vbgallery showimage settings you can elect to show the sidebar there. |
I did that, but the sidebar isn't showing up in my gallery |
I do not see a link to your site here hard to comment. |
|
Did you not try hacking modifying your showimage template before. Your site looks kind a little out of whack from the normal. I would suggest you revert to original any modified template you changed. |
