Styling problems

Dear readers,

I've got a problem with my custom style:

Main forum: dj-lounge.nl/community
Gallery: dj-lounge.nl/party-pics
(cannot post links... :|)

I would like to use the same custom style as my main forum.
What do I have to change to enable this?

I hope to hear from you soon.

Regards!

I do not see any issue with the style shown.

This colors are different compared with my custom style.

Also the font-size is too large:

The time to load the gallery plugin takes a long time. Is this normal?

Is this default?

I have clicked around the gallery everything looks fine. The style matches fine that I see. Basically if your using a custom style that may be differently used than the normal vb4 style mapping then you may need to alter anything you wish accordingly as we map colors based on the vb4 normal style classes.

There is nothing that looks out of the ordinary on your site and you can not turn off the gallery link as the way the menu system works in vb4 all your gallery links are a submenu under your gallery tab.

Have disabled some options...
I don't understand why the loading time of my gallery takes so long (like 3-4 seconds) each page. Is there anything how to improve this speed?

You can not really compare the gallery to your forum as you are loading images etc. I do not think 3-4 seconds is unreasonable but you can turn off features as you wish as less features are less queries and less info to formulate the page.

well the 'top viewed images' appears on the place where the navbar is located...
This should appear a little bit lower.. see: dj-lounge.nl/party-pics/index.php

well where is your gallery navbar tab I think thats your issue it is obvious to me you have been hacking up the code a little here. Try actually making sure the gallery navbar is intact and see how it operates. I do not see how that submenu even appears if you remove the tab

If you mean the top bar look under the adv_galllery css file and check the mapping for the sbox and mbox classes.

The sbox and mbox classes control that it is mapped to certain vb stylevars based off the vb style. Custom styles of course can use totally different stylevars which can be a problem
