Uploading Images ERROR

Dear Sir ,

Am using vBGallery v3.01.I have a problem in uploading Images.

When i upload in Admin mod i got this

I upload in user mod i got this
Capture2.PNG


But i go to moderate page i got this
Capturebvb.PNG


Kindly give advise to fix this error. I check my files folder chmod. its 777

Also my flash upload not works

Is this with both upload ways flash and regular?

You have verified your path and url statements are correct under vbGallery admin settings and the files and users folders and chmod to 777. I see you said you checked files but no comment about users which is the user upload folders.
