how can i change the album name ? i want to change some albums name but i didn't find.is it impossible ? also i can't control the character of album name in forumhome header? album names become chaotic.letters mixed up to each other. |
hmm i dont quite know what you meen.. albums are vbulletin, vbgallery has categories. To change a category name you have to go to ACP=>vbgallery=>edit categories. |
1 Attachment(s) I explained my problem in picture..I want to change the album name ? |
Like Luciano has stated albums are vbulletin not the vbgallery program. If you are referring to vbgallery then a category name can be changed as he states above. You might actually want to also post true links as pictures really do not help. A link most likely show you are not talking about our program. |
In the picture you posted, it seems that the "date" (if it is vbgallery) is actually the image title... tho change that, click on the image, if you are the owner, or the administrator, you can click on [edit image] (in the dropdown menu) there you would have to edit the title of the image. Luc |
He is saying album name for some reason but I would like a url to see what his setup is if it is vbgallery. Either way you told him how to edit a cat name or a photo title ;) |
Think about i create a new album in the vbgallery and its name is VBGALLERY then i want to change it..from where ? i am talking about vbgallery album platform not vbulletin. |
You can edit your albums if you own them right there you would change the name. |
after i made an album, when i want to edit the album i cant edit. i can only edit the photos one by one. for example when i want to change the album name i cant, i can only enter the photo and edit the name. how can i do that just editing the album name just in one step? |
How about from the admin panel for vbgallery under the category manager? |
1 Attachment(s) Did you mean MASS-EDIT ? is my section true ? |
No I am talking in your vbgallery admin panel where you edit your categories. ;) |
pls show me a screen shot. |
well that might take some doing as I do not personally use vbGallery. I use our Pro product on my personal site. In your vbulletin admin panel under the vbgallery administration tab you should have an option that allows you to edit delete or add new categories. You should not really need a screen shot to see it. |
