Full editor not shows in Advanced comment

Hi
I have one problem...
Why in Advanced comment (or Show quick reply OFF) the full editor like forum new reply not shows?
See attached pic please
In advanced comment vbgallery is missing attachment icon and insert image not works well ( only insert url image and not upload from pc )

This is normal behaviour...
Because this is NOT a forum, only comments for pictures.
It is the same settings as comments for pictures in vbulletin.
To change, and allow more features you can go to vbulletin ACP and change the settings for picture comments in the vbulletin section.

But attachments do NOT show in comments. If people want to post local images in comments you will want them to upload them to gallery. then they can post the url.
Otherwise the page will become to heavy to load.

As the name says, this is for comments. Not for forum posts.
