Unable to send e-cards images

Hi

I have a problem: in usergroup permission i have enabled e-card permission, but in Image tools i don't see the item Send e-card......
Why?
Where is Enable e-card settings?

Ecards have been removed in version 3.0x.
this decision was taken as nobody ever used it and it is no longer a feature used on modern pages. But it takes lots of ressources.

But you are right, the permission part has not been removed.
