Title and description required...it's possibile?

It's possibile that the title and description are required?

for the moment there is no way to force title and description.
If no title is entered, it automatically takes the filename as title.

There is a reason for that. if you force title and description, you run into problems with multiple uploads. For instance with flashuploader a user can upload 50 images at the same time. If you force him to write 50 different descriptions, he will give up after 3 and just type in blabla to get his upload finished.
