How to enable flash-uploader

Hi, dear support
I have some problems with flash uploader

I use 4.0.x version of vB & PhotoPost vBGallery 3.0 Beta 3

In the page with upload options by user i see this:

And i try to find this option in vBGallery ACP but i cant see option:
vbgallery-upload-2.jpg

How to enable? thanks

My suggestion is to use the gold version of vbgallery 3.0 as I beleive the flash uploader was not included in the beta versions only later rc versions.
