You would have to search vbulletin.com I guess for a suitable language pack and install it. I really dont know what languages that forum supports. I know its only released in english.

well vb is just gonna tell you to search for one. As stated they release there software ONLY in english. Thats what I did is search for one. You can change or modify any text you wish in the vb admin language manager to suit you but yes thats a start.
