Where is vB I can add Dutch language?

You would have to search vbulletin.com I guess for a suitable language pack and install it. I really dont know what languages that forum supports. I know its only released in english.

Hmmm it's a start isn't it? What do you recomment or reccoment? Asking vB anyway? And wait for the respond?

well vb is just gonna tell you to search for one. As stated they release there software ONLY in english. Thats what I did is search for one. You can change or modify any text you wish in the vb admin language manager to suit you but yes thats a start.
