What I would like to know; If I buy vBulletin forumlicence to intergrate with photopost, who will help me on this? I mean, I really have no idea how it should be done. Will photopost take care of the intergration or should vBulletin take care of it? Is it possible at all? Photopost gallery already has some registered users and quiet a few uploads.

@Luciano, thanks!

neither company would specifically is going to take care of importing content into the forum directly without some sort of added fee.

You can get us or vbulletin to do there install of the forum software. I can tell you we are cheaper on the install. You still need to purchase a license from them.

The photopost integrating into vb would happen if you purchase an install from us.

Now the extra twist here is there would also be a small fee to download and import user data from photopost into vbulletin with there importer script which is another external application that needs to be downloaded and installed and run.

You can inquire through the contact us link for full pricing details.

vBulletin will not install into photopost, they told me so today. So if I understand correctly; I'll buy a vBulletin forumlicence and you will install it into the photopost that I have allready running. Final question: Will the members of my photopostgallery after installing vBulletin be able to use vB the forum without a seperate registration? Do they have automaticly access to both, photopost as wel as vB forum? If you tell me 'yes, they have' I'll contact you very soon. regards...

vbulletin does not install into photopost correct

photopost integrates into the vb login

As noted you really need to use the contact us link to get pricing. The steps are this though

1. vb would have to be installed

2. the vb impex system which is a separate program would need to be installed and ran to import your photopost users into vb.

3. photopost would have to be reinstalled to integrate with vbulletin

4. There is a script here also that needs to be ran to realign userid's when you switch forum integrations.
