Getting errors uploading

I FTPed up my images to the appropriate directory
When i tried to upload them from vbgallery i get the following error on all the images:

show_cars_entrance_014.jpg
Your image is too small. The minimum dimensions for this type of image in this category are 0 x 0.
Invalid File

What setting do i need to change to fix this?

fyi - i resaved all the images, then ftped them, then uploaded them and all went well. must have been an issue with the image format.
