Saving Original Images

Does saving Original Images effect the users alloted gallery space?

Which is the better to use GD2 or ImageMajic?

Thank you in advance.

Yes saving an original image will be included in the users diskspace

I prefer Imagemagick if your asking a personal preference question. GD2 is part of php and has issues with memory exhausting processing larger files whereas Imagemagick is not subject to this issue.
